Eating right is the key
Blessed with a great metabolism, Arjun says he does not put on too much weight easily. To him eating right is the key to keeping fit. His diet is usually a simple mix of all the major food groups, but when a role requires him to look leaner, he cuts out the carbs. His breakfast typically consists of eight boiled egg whites, cereal followed by papaya. He makes sure that he has a banana before he starts his workouts as it keeps his energy up.
