After Lucinda Nicholas’ surprise eviction from Bigg Boss 11, it’s now time for the contestants to gear up for the next luxury budget task.  But even before the task begins, we witness some major fights. Akash Dadlani, who has not been able to take his nomination very well loses it like never before. He instigates Puneesh Sharma and Luv Tyagi against Vikas Gupta, who is the captain of the house. Things take a turn for worse when Benafsha Soonawalla, who has been calm all this while also loses her temper on Akash and starts shouting her lungs out.

Puneesh and Bandgi Kalra have a moment wherein he hugs her, as he is almost about to cry.

Cut to next day, Akash, who has been showing a lot of passion for housework these days, terms Benafsha a ‘kaamchor’ and yells at her, calling out her involvement in the house as minimal. He even says that she is getting fat as she is just sitting around doing nothing. Benafsha takes offence to Akash’s comment and keeps sweeping the floor for the next few hours and, mockingly, keeps addressing him ‘sir’. Later, Bandgi Kalra advises Puneesh to not get involved in other people’s matters as she overheard Vikas saying that he will nominate Puneesh for the same reason. Puneesh loses his cool and lashes out at Vikas making it clear to him that he is not afraid of getting evicted. This incident also causes a rift between Puneesh and Bandagi. Puneesh leaves no stone unturned to get her to smile again and eat some food, so that she doesn’t go hungry.

Shilpa and Vikas are seen having a chat, where Vikas apologizes for all the trouble he has caused her in the Bigg Boss house and is seen hugging her. This is one of the sweetest moment of this season yet.

The lawn area in the Bigg Boss house is converted into a junkyard for the Luxury Budget task. Vikas’ team (Hina Khan, Sabyasachi Satapathy, Hiten Tejwani, Sapna Choudhary and Mehjabi Siddiqui) takes on Puneesh’s team mates (Akash, Luv, Shilpa, Jyoti Kumari, Bandgi and Arshi Khan). The task requires all team members to rest their chins on their respective stands. The other team targets two of each team at one go, and do all they can to ensure that they move their face off the stands’ chinrest. The attacking team is allowed to use everything possible, apart from applying physical force, to achieve the goal.

Things get worse as Puneesh throws water on Vikas’ face with a lot of pressure. It hurts Vikas’ eye very badly as he starts shouting and attacks Puneesh. Benafsha is attacked next and she too backs out. Next was Mehjabi, who couldn’t take the ice water that was put on her. She starts yelling and this is when Vikas tries to calm her and takes her away as Shilpa was also doing the same. She slightly pats Vikas on his back, but Vikas is not able to take that pat and is about to hit her, but Luv intervenes and starts yelling at Vikas. Hina performs the task brilliantly as she resists all the attacks till the end.

Since Vikas attacked Puneesh, he had to bear the punishment. He was stripped off his captaincy and sent to jail. It is also announced that he wont be able to be the captain till he is there inside the house. Puneesh is now the captain of the house.
