Tonight’s episode of Bigg Boss 11 is going to be a special one. Popular TV actors Ravi Dubey and Rithvik Dhanjani will enter the house. Not as contestants but as guests. Being TV stars they are friends with many of the contestants including Vikas Gupta, Hiten Tejwani, Hina Khan. But they are not going to enter the house to flaunt their friendship. In fact that is the last thing on their agenda.

The duo will enter the house to introduce Bigg Boss 11 housemates with their new task. Contestants will be asked to sell off each other as if they are products to Ravi and Rithvik. For example, Arshi Khan sells off her archenemy Shilpa Shinde as jalebi. Hina is visibly disgusted by the description. After that, Hina Khan tries to sell off Vikas Gupta as a dhol. She says “Is dhol ko koi bhi baja sakta hai! Bas bajate jao!”. When buyers ask about the sound quality of the dhol, Hina says ‘zyada zor se mat bajana warna fatt jaega’.

While we are talking about Ravi Dubey and Rithvik Dhanjani entering the house can we point out how the show kills its own format. Before them the cast of Golmaal Again, including Parineeti Chopra, Tusshar Kapoor, Arshad Warsi had entered the house. Correct us if we are wrong but isn’t the format of the show to isolate the contestants from outside world? Then why do the makers time and again keep bringing the outside world inside the house? That breaks the illusion of Bigg Boss.
