After his team Kolkata Knight Riders stormed into the final of IPL 7, there was no stopping co-owner Shah Rukh Khan, who celebrated in style at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Wednesday.

Due to shooting commitments, King Khan was not a frequent visitor to his team’s matches but he ensured to be there for the big one – the play-off clash against table toppers Kings XI Punjab

Rain did create a lot of suspense, both before and during the game. First the match was postponed by a day and then the interruptions. Finally, KKR battled both rain and KXIP to become the first team to seal the final spot. Shah Rukh Khan was pumped up after the result and made sure to congratulate the man of the moment Umesh Yadav, who was clinical with the ball.

SRK made up for missing the Pathan special. KKR owe their play-off berth to Yusuf Pathan, who played the innings of IPL 2014 against Sunrisers Hyderabad.

“YYYYYYUUUUUUUSSSSSSUUUUUUUFFFFFFFFFF……There is no other PATHAN….nobody. We love u! Love u. Love u,” SRK tweeted after Pathan powered KKR into the playoffs. Seems like a power test for Pathan here. Lifting the King of Bollywood.”

Too excited. Thanx Gauti…Robin…Sunil…Morne…Surya. All my boys u were awesome. And cometh the hour cometh the madman,” read another SRK tweet after the KKR-SRH clash. And, pictures they say are worth a thousand words. This one is definitely worth millions.

Both KKR and Shah Rukh would expect the Big Man Pathan to deliver in the final, and help the side win their second IPL title.

If it happens, it will be a SRK show in Bangalore. Just imagine how he will roll. Final berth celebration was only a trailer, ‘picture abhi baaki hai!’.
