The 110cc Honda Dream Yuga commuter motorcycle will have a claimed fuel efficiency of 72kmpl.

HMSI first unveiled their 110cc Dream Yuga commuter motorcycle during the 2012 Delhi Auto Expo, announcing that the 110cc motorcycle would hit production lines in May 2012. HMSI intends to make the Dream Yuga a mass market motorcycle with a price tag of around Rs 46,000, and will launch the Dream Yuga on May 15.

At the Expo the Dream Yuga was touted to be the most maintenance free motorcycle in the mass motorcycle category. Its 110cc single-cylinder engine develops 9PS of power @ 7,500rpm and has a company claimed fuel efficiency of 72kmpl.

The styling on the Dream Yuga is minimalistic and conservative to appeal to the mass segment buyer. It will come in five colours and carries forward the design elegance and sophisticated makeup found on almost all entry-level Honda motorcycles. Feature-rich, the Dream Yuga boasts of a self starter, alloy wheels, long seat, full chain cover, heel-toe gear shift lever and tubeless tyres as option.

The Honda Dream Yuga will compete with the Bajaj Discover, Hero MotoCorp’s Passion Pro and Splendor Pro, and Yamaha YBR.
