Musharraf had earlier said Pakistan has not developed nuclear weapons to be fired on Shab-e-Baraat, an Islamic festival. Following a similar tone, the defence minister was quoted by Pakistan Observer as saying: “Our arms are not meant for decoration. If need be, we will use them against India.”
