Islamic State (IS) flag was on Friday waved during a rally organised by a separatist outfit in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district. Two youth, who had there faces masked, waved the flag of the terror group during the rally organised by Ummati Islami to commemorate the death anniversary of separatist leader Qazi Nisar Ahmad.<br clear="all"/
