YSR Congress Party President Y S Jaganmohan Reddy on Tuesday blamed Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for the stampede at the Pushkar ghat in Rajahmundry and said that he should quit on moral grounds taking full responsibility for the incident.
