Mag Bay is located about 750 miles down the Pacific side of the Baja. In the fall Mag Bay and the Thetis Bank are perhaps the most productive and prolific marlin fishery in the world. Being invited to work with Packy Offield and the Billfish Foundation with his fine crew John Talsky and Bobby Lee onboard the Kelsey Lee in what has proven to be the most important billfish study ever undertaken. Working with Tom Pfleger, founder of PIER the Pfleger Institute of Environmental Research in an attempt to place over 40 time released satellite tags into stripe marlin.
