Three childhood best friends make a pact to experience their first orgasm before the end of summer vacation. One friend experiences a series of unexpected medical and anatomical mishaps that constantly disrupt her plans. Another tries to find sexual satisfaction within her heterosexual relationship, but gets entangled in a fierce rivalry with a female classmate that unexpectedly shifts into a romantic affair. The third focuses her efforts on pursuing and winning over her school crush, a transgender classmate. As their individual quests progress, a series of secrets, miscommunications, and chaotic events threaten to tear their tight-knit group apart before they finally find resolution and mutual support.
