After being banged up, these born 'n' bred tear-away scallywags should be punished for crimes of pure fuckin' filth. After a long hard spell at Her Majesty's Pleasure, these Asbo Makers end up more like arse-'ole breakers. We say take em and break em...then re-educate 'em.
