The Tyler clan of Texas are ruined by the local bank so Jesse Tyler and his brothers rob the bank. But Jesse didn't count on his brother getting killed or himself going to jail. His brother Mason's drug problem has him being threatened by his dealer Tommy Jack. When Jesse returns from prison he enlists the aid of gunrunner Billy Rat to offer Mason The Last Fair Deal. 2006 USA Director's release.
