Manisah loses her child named Mira due to an accident and blames Khairul. Mira, an organ donor, donates her organs to Alisya. Alisya tries to find the heir of her organ donor and eventually meets Manisah. When Manisah learns of Alisya's relationship with Khairul, it makes Manisah even angrier.
