Over the past two decades, Vince has built a multifaceted reputation as a literary manager, IP creator, producer, world-builder, and writer. He has negotiated more than 1,000 deals and pioneered innovative models for copyright and content rights management. Among his distinguished clients are genre icons like George R.R. Martin, Isaac Asimov, Robert Heinlein, and Terry Pratchett. As a producer, Vince has established strong working relationships with A-list talent, writers, directors, and fellow producers. He earned four Primetime Emmy Awards and was a key force behind major projects, including HBO’s groundbreaking Game of Thrones and ABC’s Flash Forward. A voracious reader with a deep knowledge of genre literature—having read over 2,000 science fiction and fantasy works—Vince brings a rich creative sensibility to every project. In 2015, Vince founded Startling, a library-driven development and production company focused on high-end, world-building entertainment.
