Having earned her ADN from Memorial School of Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master’s degree in nurse education, Post Masters Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from The Sage Colleges, and Doctor of Nursing Practice from Walden University. Through her business, Collins Education Resource Management L.L.C., she offers workshops and symposiums aimed at increasing awareness and promoting inclusivity in healthcare. She hosts the podcast "The Soulful Eclectic," which explores cultures and promotes understanding.
