Biography: Anne-Marie Faux is a French filmmaker and producer. In the 1990s, she worked closely with Jean-Luc Godard and produced Alas for Me in 1993, a film that explores love and creation through a text by Leopardi. In 2007, she co-directed with Jean-Pierre Devilliers the documentary Maurice Pialat, l’amour existe, a moving portrait of the filmmaker, which was selected for competition at the Cannes Film Festival.
