Biography:
Tommy Wong Kwong-Leung (Chinese: 黃光亮) is a Hong Kong actor, a former contract artist with TVB, he is also a member of the Hong Kong Performing Artistes Guild. Known for his fierce looks and villainous roles, he is often grouped with Lee Siu-Kei, Shing Fui-On, and Ho Ka-Kui as one of the "Four Notorious Villains of Hong Kong Cinema".
