Biography: Kota Ibushi is a Japanese professional wrestler and former martial artist who debuted in July 2004 with Dramatic Dream Team (DDT) in Tokyo. He is currently signed with All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and is a former multi-time champion in NJPW, including the IWGP World Heavyweight, Intercontinental, and Junior Heavyweight titles. A two-time G1 Climax (2019, 2020) winner and one-half of the celebrated “Golden☆Lovers” tag team with Kenny Omega, Ibushi has also competed in WWE’s Cruiserweight Classic, and has risen to global prominence in both singles and tag team competition.
