Biography: Helen Carruthers (1892-1925) was an American actress. She signed a contract with Keystone Studios in 1913, starring alongside Charlie Chaplin and the Keystone Cops. In 1915, she moved with Chaplin to Essanay Studios. After a depressive episode, she left acting in 1915.
