Biography: Alex Piperno (Montevideo, 1985) is a director, producer and teacher who graduated from the University of Cinema of Buenos Aires. His directorial debut, Window Boy Would Also Like to Have a Submarine (2020), was screened at the 70th Berlin International Film Festival, winning the Tagesspiegel Readers' Award.
