Biography: Nishanth R. was born in Coimbatore, India, and raised in the nearby metropolis of Chennai. After attending a high school in Chennai (during which time he authored and published a book, 'The Fated Sunset'), he moved to Los Angeles to attend film schools – earning a BA in Film & TV Production and Philosophy at Loyola Marymount University, and then an MFA in Screenwriting at California State University, Northridge.
