Biography: Italian poet, filmmaker and screenwriter. He lived in Venezuela between the 1940s and the 1970s, were he developed most of his filmmaking career. He was assistant director for Venezuelan filmmaker César Enríquez, and later partner with writer José Natalio Estrada to film several movies about the Venezuelan Llanos.
