Elvira Paterson-Gavrilova, a Ukrainian producer and businesswoman, was born on March 26, 1989, in Mykolaiv, Ukraine. In 2012, she received a master's degree in International Relations from the Mykolaiv branch of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. From an early age, she showed an interest in the creative industries, tried her hand at fashion design, studied vocals and journalism, and later began producing regional media projects. Her first significant work as a screenwriter and producer was the short film Incident at Wall Street Hotel, shot in 2021. Hollywood actor and Oscar nominee Eric Roberts took part in the filming. In her 20s, she moved to Europe, where she founded the international marketing company Elledgy Media Group. In 2024, Elvira produced and co-wrote the sci-fi action film Holiguards. The film marked the return to cinema of two-time Oscar winner Kevin Spacey, becoming his first directorial work in more than two decades. The film also stars Tyrese Gibson, Eric Roberts, Briana Hildebrand, and Disha Patani. The trailer premiered at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival. The plot is set in a near future, where two ancient warring clans oppose each other and fight for control over the fate of all humanity. In parallel with her work in cinema, Elvira Paterson-Gavrilova develops innovative real estate and space projects. She is the founder of IHAVEN, a company specializing in the construction of premium-class autonomous underground bunker-type residential complexes, as well as Spaceset, which develops, manufactures, and launches satellites. Elvira Paterson-Gavrilova lives in Portugal, actively participates in international forums, supports the Ukrainian diaspora, and invests in cultural initiatives aimed at developing the creative economy. Elvira Paterson-Gavrilova served as executive producer on the following films: The Wall Street Hotel Incident (2021) — a short film starring Eric Roberts Superpower (2023) — a documentary by Sean Penn about Volodymyr Zelenskyy, filming began before the full-scale invasion and continued despite the war in Ukraine. Holiguards (2024–2025) — a science fiction action film directed by Kevin Spacey, starring Dolph Lundgren, Tyrese Gibson, and Eric Roberts. The trailer was presented in Cannes and Dubai.
