Biography: Jaylene Vasquez Garcia is a film director from Montebello, California. Her love for filmmaking began in childhood, though she initially dreamed of acting. Now attending Santa Monica College, Jaylene plans to transfer to Cal State Long Beach to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Cinematic Arts and continue pursuing her dream. She has already directed two short films.
