Biography: An Egyptian actress, editor, and producer of Lebanese origin, Mary Queeny was born in the town of Tannourine, located in northern Lebanon, in 1916. After the death of her father, she moved to Egypt to live with her mother and sister. She began her acting career in 1929, starring in (Ghada Al-Sahraa), and continued acting until the mid-1950s. Among her films are (Look for the Woman, Magda, The Seventh Wife, and Women Without Men). In addition to acting, Mary Queeny worked as an editor during the 1930s and 1940s.
