Biography: Ja’Michael De’Shawn is an actor and writer based in New York City. Originally from Hearne, Texas, Ja’Michael earned a BA in Theatre and Dance from The University of Texas at Austin. As a Fulbright grant recipient, he also studied physical theatre in Turin, Italy.
