Biography: Areski Nebti (Arabic: أريسكي نبتي), often spelled Arezki Nabti, was an Algerian actor and assistant director born on May 5, 1926, in Belcourt, Algiers, and died on April 28, 1994, in Algiers. From a young age, Areski Nebti was passionate about theater and film. He participated in the radio programs of Madame Lafarge, also known as L’la Tassadit, who had created a children's program where she trained young talents, both girls and boys, primarily from Kabylia.
